Cajun Chicken Sandwich Lunch

Using leftovers is a great way to quickly pack a lunch. I made Cajun Chicken Sandwiches, but one was more then enough, so I threw the second into my Planetbox Launch for lunch the next day and only need to add fruit and veggies.
