Pasta Salad Bento Lunch

Earlier this summer we were blessed to go on an unexpected vacation to California. We were also able to meet up with my awesome cousin who made us this pasta salad that we ate at the beach. I liked it so much I had to make it at home. We had it for a meatless Monday and again for leftovers at the spray park.
