Shoestring Bento Mini Fajita Lunch

Hey guys!

So remember yesterday how I mentioned we haven’t had sickness so far? Yeah. Don’t ever say that in public. My middle little woke up complaining of his ear hurting this morning, and low and behold, he had an ear infection! Oh joy. I mean…poor little man. So we took him to the Dr., got him some antibiotics and we are on the road to recovery!

So anyway…

In this lunch:

Tortillas
Grilled Chicken
Grilled Bell Peppers
Grilled Onions
Cheese
Green Apples
Organic Broccoli
Organic Celery
(not pictured- Wholey Guacamole)

This lunch was served in Easy Lunch Boxes. The linzer cutter is made by Wilton and I used the heart on the apple.  I also used the large Wilton cutter to make the mini tortillas.
